RSF 60 Day Challenge!!! Jump start your health and fitness right away. We will start Feb 2nd, workouts will include full body with strength and resistance training. We will do full body measurements, body fat, BMI and weigh ins at the start and the end. Indoor and Outdoor workouts at various parks in the city. Start Date: Feb 2nd - Apr 2nd
