OUR EVENT POLICIES -
Please note: By purchasing tickets to Royal's Big Splash 2024, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
*EVERYONE needs a tickets unless they are under 1. Infants under 12 months old do not require a ticket.
*Every child or children in each group must be accompanied by an adult.
*Proper Water Park attire required. Swim Suits, Water Pants for diapered children. Floaties are allowed. Children ages 12 and under may wear swim tails at their own risk. Adults are NOT allowed to wear costumes or swim tails.
*NO outside food or beverages are allowed. The Barefoot Grill will be open for food/beverage purchases. Royal Princess Parties LLC, or the venue The Water Works, where the event is hosted, is not responsible for any allergy related episodes that may arise during this event that may cause an allergic reaction, injury or result in death.
*Royal Princess Parties LLC or the venue The Water Works, where Royal's Big Splash is hosted, are not responsible for guest's personal property. Please keep your personal items with you at all times or use the lockers provide.
*We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel this event with a full refund of your ticket price due to, but not limited to weather, low ticket sales. Otherwise tickets are non-refundable.
*By purchasing a ticket, you acknowledge that you are aware we do not represent any licensed, copyrighted or trademarked characters at our event.
*By participating in this event, you agree to release Royal Princess Parties LLC, and The Water Works, where this event is hosted, from any claims or liabilities of any kind, arising from or related to your participation in this event including and not limited to theft, loss, injury and injury resulting in death.
*By participating in this event, you agree to give consent to Royal Princess Parties LLC, to photograph and/or video record your participation in this event. You also agree that all pictures and recordings may be used in future publication, video's or other printed material for promoting Royal's Big Splash - Royal Princess Parties LLC.
