Ready to level up your cookie decorating game? In this hands-on class, we’ll dive deep into one of the most important—and trickiest—parts of decorated cookies: royal icing consistency. Whether you’re just getting started or want more confidence in your technique, this class is designed to help you build a strong foundation.Class Details: We will focus on the basics of royal icing with each person mixing their own bowl of icing by coloring it and getting it to different consistencies - just how I do it for my cookies! I will be with you each step of the way with personal feedback and a helping hand to guide you to that perfect consistency. You will then use YOUR icing mixed in class to decorate 3 cookies. I'll provide everything you need, so come grab a glass of wine, & enjoy yourself. The class will last approximately 2 hours.
When: Sunday, March 22nd @ 3-5 pm
Where: Millie's Ice Cream Co. - 90 W Jefferson St, Franklin, IN 46131
Who: Anyone ages 10+ (recommended), no experience necessary!
Cost: $80 per person
Included with your ticket: One drink ticket for any beverage on the menu, scribe tool, take-home reference sheets, 3 sugar cookies, all icing materials, and a bakery box to take them home in. You will also leave with some other goodies from me!
