Royal Berkshire NHS Foundation Trust - Annual General Meeting 2024

Our Annual General Meeting is fast approaching on Monday 7 October 2024 at 5.30pm. The meeting will held at the Meadow Suite, Park House, University of Reading, Whiteknights Campus, Reading, RG6 6UR with the option to attend physically or via webinar.

We welcome staff, patients, carers, families and the public to attend the event that will give an in-depth look at the Trusts performance for the year 2023/24 and our plans for the future. The doors will open from 4.30pm where you can find a number of showcasing stands and departments from within the Trust as well as our MEET PEET team offering free bookable mini health checks before the official event starts at 5.30pm.

There will also be an opportunity to put your questions to the Trust’s Board of Directors at the meeting. Questions can be submitted in advance of the meeting by emailing [email protected] by Tuesday 1 October 2024 or at the meeting itself.

We have put together an delegate information guide that is downloadable from our website that hopefully answers all your questions ahead of the meeting including information on how to find the event, details on how to join virtually and how to submit questions in advance.
