Join the Museum of International Folk Art, the Museum of Indian Arts and Culture, New Mexico History Museum and the New Mexico Museum of Art in celebrating the Centennial of Route 66. This event will begin downtown on Old Santa Fe Trail across from the Roundhouse with a classic car show at 10:00 a.m. A car cruise from downtown up to Museum Hill will begin at 12:00 p.m. On Museum Hill, there will be another car show along with music including bands such as the Jacob Shije Trio. Participate in hands-on activities and discussions of the meaning and impact of Route 66 on New Mexico. Food trucks will be on-site!
