Join me during the Route 19A Art Studio Tour on September 26 & 27,
From 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. at
My home studio: 1063 Ganske Road, Dashwood. ( north of bridge out of Qualicum )
Step inside my welcoming creative space where I turn colour, paint and paper … with a bit of imagination, and inspiration into ART. Browse a collection of original Watercolour and Gouache paintings, from coastal scenes to vibrant florals and my whimsical works full of personality.
While you visit, you can also:
🖼️ Discover unique greeting cards – perfect for gifts, keepsakes, or sending a little beauty through the mail. I have over 50 different designs for all occasion cards … birthday, get well, Christmas to name a few.
🎨 Take home paint kits – fun, easy, and designed for beginners or seasoned artists who’d like to create at home. Thee paint kits include watercolour paint, a brush, pattern to trace for 3 different cards with envelopes! Many different packs to choose from. Very ‘mailable’ for all age and skill.
💦 Learn about upcoming watercolor classes – friendly, encouraging sessions where you can relax, create, and grow your skills. Learn to watercolour in the level 1 or 2 classes, or try sketching, creative lettering, travel journals
🚌 Ask about our exciting new ARTfull Traveller TRIPS! – creative adventures combining travel, sketching, painting, and memorable experiences. This year we will offer two different trips! Both will start off in Mexico City! Easy to fly into and out of! Both will be limited to 12 participants. We will be traveling in vans for our transportation .
First one will be in mid December. We will spend a couple of days in Mexico City then head to Valle de Bravo. A ‘magic town’. A hilight willl be when we visit the Santuario Piedra Herrada, Monarch Butterfly sancuary! We shall then visit many other sites with our paints, brushes and travel journals in our 8day 7night expedition!
Late Feb/early March we will again be in Mexico City but will spend 6 days 5 nights exploring the multitude of sights and history of this incredible city! Stand beside Frida Kahlo’s bedside, see Diego Riveras murals, climb a pyramid, float down the boat canals of Xochimilco to name a few! All to be captured with specially allotted times to paint and create our journals!
