Round II: Song Not The Singer - An Evening of Dramatic Reading of Songs

The Vault Café proudly welcomes you to Round II of "Song Not The Singer". We want you to come and do a dramatic reading of your favourite song. Last December we hosted an evening where everyday folks like us, got up and read one of their favourite songs. On September 11th we do it again! The evening was full of fun and surprises. Songs we had forgotten, songs we couldn't believe the words and songs that were just plain fantastic. So if you ever mouthed the words to a favourite song this is your chance. Dreamed of what it's like to get on the stage where you see bands, this is your chance. Ever think, "I can do that", this is your chance. No music, no karaoke just you and your song. No advance notice either
And it's all for a good cause. The event is to assist the Nanaimo Area Land Trust's Nursery. They need a few upgrades and we can help! . All door proceeds to aid them . Added bonus is we will have guest DJ's and door prizes! Pay what you can.
