Andrew Vait:

"Songwriter and producer Andrew Vait formed his bedroom pop-turned-heartland rock solo project in 2018. Vait has spent the last six years honing his studio craft, predominantly by producing and mixing records for other artists. When he is writing, his songs translate into adventuresome soundscapes that draw influence from artists like Pink Floyd, Waxahatchee, The War On Drugs, Fleetwood Mac and HAIM. His vocal timbre is often compared to Steve Winwood, Peter Gabriel, and much to his chagrin, Phil Collins. He pulls this disparate confluence of music history together into a sound that is unmistakably his own.

Vait’s former project, indie pop duo SISTERS, was formed in 2014 with fellow multi-instrumentalist Emily Westman. SISTERS enjoyed a successful run, with appearances at Sasquatch Music Festival, Bumbershoot Music and Arts Festival, Capitol Hill Block Party, and eventually expanding into a global following with frequent tours across the US and Europe.

Vait recently finished recording his debut full-length album, Restless Medium, Quiet Moon. His work on the LP speaks of an earnest longing for balance, the urgent need for flight and the curious spirit within us all. The urge to cry and be held, and to reach desperately for connection, to light a fire in one’s self and perhaps in the hearts of others, and to uncover a deeper understanding of grief and loneliness and the joy and beauty that can spring from both." - Artist Bio

Bryan Appleby:

" Bryan John Appleby is an independent folk artist living and working in Beacon Hill, Seattle. He regularly tours the western states*, performing both solo and with a band. His production pallet draws from elements of psychedelia, wall-of-sound, classic cinema, shoegaze, tropicalia, and mid-century pop.

His new full-length, 'Underwater Easy Breathing '(Plume Records) is now available. Lush, coastal, synth-laced; the album is a natural next step in Appleby’s meandering, often densely layered folk repertoire. In addition to recording most of the record alone in a SODO rehearsal space, significant portions were finished with friends (Dillon Sturtevant, Nicholas Wilbur, Tomten) at the Unknown Studio in Anacortes, WA. " - Artist Bio

Shaina Shepherd:

"Shaina Shepherd is a singer, songwriter, vocal teacher, and community organizer in Seattle, WA. Known for her pervasive style as front-woman to soul-grunge band BEARAXE, her notable vocal stylings have brought her into various creative spaces — from collaborating with Duff McKagan, Chong The Nomad and Acid Tongue to sharing stages with rock stars like Dave Matthews and Thunderpussy to being a soloist with the classical ensembles around the country. Inspired by the parallels between gospel and garbage metal, Shaina Shepherd is not your average vocalist. Living in the city where both Soundgarden and Quincy Jones cut their teeth, Shaina lends her soulful voice to projects of all genres. " - Artist Bio

Ebo Barton:

"Ebo Barton comes from salt— from the moment before worlds converge. In this world, we are still trying to articulate that mixed Black and Filipino, Transgender and Non-Binary, Queer, Artists and Educators not only matter but are precious. In another world, Barton is loved, safe, and valued. The only difference being that the latter is a path they must make themselves. You may have seen Ebo's work in the book, Black Imagination and heard in the audiobook read by Grammy and Tony award winner, Daveed Diggs. In 2016, they placed 5th in the World at Individual World Poetry Slam. A leader in arts and activism, Ebo Barton is committed to creating opportunities for others to organize, heal and rejoice. Ebo Barton's written, performative, and community work demand societal reckoning." - Artist Bio
