Keen to try out a new sport? Ultimate frisbee takes elements of netball, American football and soccer, throws in a flying disc, and results in a fast-paced non-contact team game. Here's a snapshot of what we're talking about:

Rotorua Ultimate is running a Give it a Go session to give you the chance to try out Ultimate Frisbee and see what it's all about.
Come along to the Medical Officers Reserve (opposite Boys High, next to Mataatua St) at 6pm on Monday 14th October or Thursday 17th October - or both! Make sure to bring cleats/sports shoes and plenty of water.
