For our next event we are excited to invite you to a tasting with the exceptional Tohu Wines from Marlborough's renowned Awatere Valley, on the 27th of August at Lime Café, Rotorua.
The presenter for the evening will be Bruce Taylor, Chief Winemaker at Tohu Wines, the world’s first Māori-owned wine company. Since joining Tohu in 2008, Bruce has played a leading role in shaping wines that reflect the true character of their place, earning him the title of Winemaker of Show at the Royal Easter Show Awards in 2021.
At Tohu Wines, Bruce is known for his dedication to traditional winemaking and a minimal‑intervention approach. By allowing the fruit to speak for itself, he creates wines with depth, balance, and a strong sense of provenance.
Bruce will be presenting 8 wines for the evening – three of which will be matched to canapés prepared and served by Lime Café.
How to Book: Seats are limited, so before Friday 21/08/26, please reserve your seat(s) by:

2. Paying $40 per person into the Rotorua Tasters Club BNZ Bank Acct (02-0412-0052536-00) with your name in the Reference Field (and let us know by email that you've done so).
