With over 35 years of experience in social work — including 23 years focused on Alzheimer’s and dementia care — Bernadette brings a wealth of knowledge and compassion to this critical topic.
During her presentation, she will discuss:
• What is dementia
• The difference between normal aging vs. dementia
• Signs of memory issues
• Ways to help prevent cognitive decline
• Options available after a dementia diagnosis
Bernadette serves as a Business Development Specialist with Arden Courts Memory Care Communities and also works with Advanced Senior Solutions, helping families navigate the challenges of memory care with guidance and support.
