She is the Founder of the non- profit Fostering Hearts FL, their mission is centered around bringing education to a safe space to Foster children across Florida, this builds their self worth and helps them grow. The concept involves lots of supplemental programs to help these kids catch up on their education and life skills. She is the owner of Humans First Coaching and Consulting and works with various organizations with a people lead to profit focus. She is also the host of the Tampa Bay based podcast, Not A Great Whisperer and founded the annual event CelebrateYOU, created to bring people together to celebrate anything and everything you are.
