The Rotary Club of Waxahachie, in partnership with Pet Coalition of Ellis County, is excited to host the Rotary Club of Waxahachie Dog Stroll on Saturday, October 10th, 2026, at RailYard Park in Waxahachie. This family-friendly event will benefit the Pet Coalition of Ellis County, which supports spay/neuter programs, with our local pet rescue and shelter partnerships helping reduce pet overpopulation and support responsible pet care in our community.

The event will run from 8:30 AM to 12:00 Noon and will feature a 1-mile dog stroll along the “Hike and Bike Trail”, dog costume contest, face painting, vendor booths, games, and plenty of fun for families and their pets. We expect a strong community turnout and would be honored to partner with local businesses and organizations that share our commitment to service and animal welfare.

By participating in the Rotary Club of Waxahachie Dog Stroll, attendees acknowledge and accept the following:

• Health & Safety — Participants agree to follow all posted guidelines and instructions from event staff. Rotary Club of Waxahachie and the Pet Coalition of Ellis County are not liable for injuries, illnesses, or accidents that may occur.
• Photography Notice — Photos and videos may be taken during the event for promotional purposes. By attending, you grant permission for your image (and your pet’s) to be used in future event materials.
• Weather & Cancellation — This is a rain-or-shine event. In case of severe weather or unforeseen circumstances, organizers reserve the right to modify or cancel the event without notice.
• Liability Waiver — Participation is voluntary. By attending, you release Rotary Club of Waxahachie, Pet Coalition of Ellis County, event sponsors, and volunteers from any liability related to personal injury, property damage, or loss.
