Rosette Cookies (Swedish “Struva”, Norwegian “Rosettbakkels”) are thin, cookie-like deep-fried pastry of Scandinavian origin. Rosettes are light and crispy and generally feature a lacy pattern. The class is $15 for members and $35 for non-members and you get to keep the cookies you make (if there are any left!).
