Rosetta Hall Farm Dinner

Rosetta Hall will host a family-style, Colorado inspired Thai feast at the Farmette this Summer. When produce peaks at the end of July our favorite fruits and veggies lend themselves to the fresh, bold flavors of Thailand. Coincidentally, this is also one of our most loved concepts at Rosetta Hall.

The meal will start off with bright, flavorful bites before tucking into an array of colorful salads and small plates utilizing melon and tomatoes. From there we'll showcase eggplant, fresh curry, beans and peppers alongside sticky glazed pork ribs. No Summer menu is complete without sweet corn and peaches, both of which will be featured in playful versions of classic Thai desserts.
