Rose and Gabriel have been performing together since 2021, and are delighted to present this recital. Rose studied violin in Wellington at the NZ School of Music prior to moving to Austria, so she is especially looking forward to returning for this concert.
This is a fundraising concert for Rose's continued violin studies in Austria, at the Kunstuniversität Graz.
Enjoy an evening of beautiful music including Tchaikovsky's 'Souvenir d'un lieu cher', Schubert's 'Sonatina in A minor', Elgar's 'Salut d'amour', and other romantic favourites by Saint-Saens, Debussy, and Kreisler. Alongside these classical masterpieces, the recital will also feature charming selections of folk music from Europe and the Americas.
