Listen to songwriters in the round, telling the story behind their songs and playing stripped acoustic versions of their works framed in the picturesque southern town of Thomasville, GA.

The inaugural February 5th round will include 2 drinks and assorted light bites per ticket purchase and an evening of entertainment by;

Dana Hunt Black - A North Carolina native, Dana began her journey as a songwriter in Nashville in 1993. Dana has written a number of songs recorded by George Strait, including two of his biggest hits "Check Yes or No" and "Write This Down."

Michael Breedlove - Mississippi singer/songwriter with the sound of "Acoustic Soul." His single Living a Lie is nominated for Song of the Year, with additional nods for Artist of the Year and Male Vocalist of the Year at the 2024 Mississippi Music Awards.

Lance Farlow - Thomasville native and songwriter/recording artist, as well as the founder of the Rose City Writers and the Thomasville Songwriter's Festival. Lance looks forward to the release of his debut album, "Faith and Peril" in January of 2025.

The Tavern on Broad is located in Historical Downtown Thomasville and offers a full service of food and drink downstairs and private space upstairs. Due to it's historical consideration, there are no elevators or handicap assisitance to the upstairs area. All patrons will have to ascend one flight of stairs to the private venue space.

All ages are welcome, but there are no children-specific tickets. Please keep in mind that this is a listening room environment, so minimal conversations and distractions from the listeners are expected.
