Rose City Elite Series Monthly Tournaments

Post in the event and/or text Mikal @ 503-380-4539 with your:
• Team Name
• Teammates
OR
• "Indy" if signing up as an individual player
Individual players and smaller groups will be combined into 1 to 2 Indy teams depending on turnout.
Once confirmed, payment can be sent through one of 7 available payment methods.

• $280 per team (6 to 7 players)
🏐 Individual Player Fee
• $50 per player
If your team is short players, reach out and we can help connect you with individual players looking for a team.

General Information
• 8 team cap
• No team construction requirements - teams can be coed, or all men or women - we would prefer teams limit themselves to 1 AA/A level player for competitive balance
• Team rosters must be finalized 5 days prior to the tournament
• Prompt payment is highly recommended. Once the event is full, unpaid teams may lose their spot
• Captains meeting @ 3:00 PM
• First matches begin @ 3:15 PM
• Food is not permitted on the courts. Please eat in the foyer or outside the gym
• Prizes for Top 3 teams
• Individual MVP and Sportsmanship awards voted on by players and supervisor
• Tournament champions will be featured on our event banner and Instagram highlights
🏆 This is part of the Rose City Elite Series monthly tournament circuit -
Teams will earn points based on final standings throughout the year, with an end-of-year champion receiving an additional prize.

Format & Rules
ROUND ROBIN
• Each team plays every team once for 7 GUARANTEED games
• Each game is 1 set to 25 win by 2, or 18 total minutes.
• 1 referee and 2 line judges provided by teams currently sitting
Round Robin is expected to conclude by approximately 7:45 PM.
Playoffs will begin at approximately 8:00 PM.
PLAYOFFS
• All teams advance to playoffs
• Seeding determined by round robin record and ties being
resolved by head to head result. In the case of a tie between 3
or more teams net points (scored - allowed) will be used, and
coinflip if needed.
• Best of 3 Match, 25/25/15* (*if needed) or 45 minutes
• First round plays all 3 sets regardless of first two sets outcome
• Losing semifinal teams will play for 3rd place
• Championship match will begin no later than 9:30 PM
• Depending on time remaining, the championship may be moved
to center court
