After three years, Roscoe’s Sourdough is popping up at the Kailua Farm Lover’s Farmer’s Market on Sunday 3/1, 3/8, and 3/15 from 8a - noon. We’ll be featuring a variety of sourdough loaves made from our homegrown grains including:
Hau’ula Honey Whole Wheat
Full Circle Sourdough Loaf
Open Sesame Sourdough
Langhei Rye Sourdough
and everyone’s favorite sourdough tomato rosemary focaccia and Kalamata olive and garlic focaccia
We’re also featuring a variety of fresh milled, organically grown flours from our small family farm including bread flour (70% extraction hard red wheat), whole wheat flour, and whole winter rye flour. We hope to see you soon!
