Bring Your Giggles and smiles and laugh it up with Rosco! Clown noses for all the kids!The FREE event will be held at the Macomb Township Recreation Center on the West Lawn, right off the main parking lot.
*In case of inclement weather, the event will be held inside the Recreation Center, through the special event (west) entrance.
