Roots + Wings: Summer Session | Expression in Nature
Join us for the third Roots + Wings gathering, a creative connection playshop for children and caregivers. This summer session will take place outdoors at Bowring Park and is inspired by the theme Expression in Nature.
Together, we’ll slow down, connect, and create through a gentle, intuitive experience that includes:
• Guided meditation
• Gentle energy work
• Intuitive art using natural elements and mark-making tools
• Tarot insight
• Mini family portraits
• Time to connect, explore, and create together
This is a relaxed, inclusive space where children are free to participate in their own way. There is no pressure to create something a certain way. The focus is on expression, connection, and being present together.
While we often speak to parents and children, this space is open to all caregivers such as grandparents, guardians, and chosen family.

Up to 3 people, one shared canvas
We’ll be outdoors and will use a gazebo if needed.
