Join us for a magical evening as we honor the turning of the Wheel with a Winter Solstice Dinner, a sacred celebration of the longest night and the rebirth of the sun. Held in the ethereal Enchanted Forest Room, this gathering invites guests to embrace the warmth of community, tradition, and seasonal transformation.
✨ Ceremony & Spirit: Before dinner, a small ceremony will be held to mark the solstice—invoking the energies of Yule, honoring the return of light, and offering gratitude for the gifts of the earth. Expect candlelight, evergreen symbolism, and a moment of reflection as we welcome the new cycle.
🍽️ Feast & Tradition: Dinner will be served family-style, echoing the spirit of togetherness and abundance. The menu will feature traditional solstice fare—root vegetables, roasted meats, hearty grains, seasonal beverage, hot tea and spiced desserts—crafted by World-Winning Chef Hiram Quintana.
🌿 Setting & Atmosphere: The Enchanted Forest Room will be transformed into a woodland haven, with natural décor, flickering lights, and a touch of solstice magic.
