Welcome back tribe! New class for our new soulful yoga experience!

Move with intention, culture, and rhythm. Roots & Riddim is a yoga-inspired movement class that blends the grounding beats of Afrobeats, Konpa, Reggae and more — honoring their shared worldwide influence, with some of our local vendors and a Live DJ, DJ Narci!

This isn’t high- energy like Soca Yoga Fête — it’s a slower, more intentional experience. You’ll explore the art of slowing down, connecting breath to beat, and moving through grounded, sensual (not sexual) motion. Think slow whines, deep body rolls and isolations, and fluid transitions that invite you to reconnect with your root, your heart, and your intuition. Intended for ages 21+.

Building a pace where you can release, open your heart, connect deep with self, while moving to Riddims of the cultures that continue to move the world!

• Your Yoga mat
