✨ We’re beyond excited to finally announce our 2026 Retreat- Roots & Rhythm! ✨Join us 5th–7th June 2026 in the beautiful landscapes of Carmarthenshire for a nourishing, grounding, and deeply restorative experience.
Across the weekend, you’ll be held in a space designed to reconnect you with your body, your breath, your creativity, and the natural world. Our retreat will include:
