Roots and Rhythm is an intentional, conscious dance experience — a free-flow space to move however you feel, with no choreography, no pressure, and no judgment. 🤗
It’s an invitation to shake off stress, reconnect with your body, and feel uplifted through music, movement, and community. ♥️
For this dance, we have:
❤️🔥 DJ BABASHASHA – A multi-faceted DJ on Turtle Island. His sets span WestCoast/UK Bass, DnB/Jungle, Reggae/HipHop, House, and Techno, offering a journey for every crowd.
✨ Sofie – A talented percussionist and rhythm explorer, Sofie will drum live throughout the night, bringing energy, texture, and groove to the dance floor.
To close the evening, we’ll settle into a short guided sound healing meditation — a space to integrate, relax, and restore, supporting calm, release, and mental clarity.
