Roots & Renewal: Wellness Day At NAC Village Farm

Step into a day of balance, movement, and creativity at the beautiful Village Farm. Roots & Renewal is a holistic mini-festival where wellness meets fun, inviting you to recharge your mind, move your body, and soak up the fall atmosphere.

Arrive to a complimentary give-away bag, then flow between experiences like yoga, meditation, sound healing, and energy work. Explore drop-in activities including a 360 photo booth, acupuncture, a playful goat lounge, mini wellness sessions, cornhole, and more. Sip farm-fresh drinks, taste healthy bites, and browse a curated selection of mindful vendors as live music drifts through the farm.

Age Requirement: 18+

Active Free Sessions:

• 11:30 AM – Morning Yoga
• 12:30 PM – Healing Harmonics (Sound Bath & Guided Meditation)
• 1:30 PM – Energy Reset Yoga
• 2:30 PM – Gratitude Circle

Throughout the grounds you’ll find:

• Vitality Barn – IV drips, B12 shots, acupuncture, and aura photography
• Chill Zones – offering the goat lounge, live music, mocktails & cocktails, light snacks, cornhole, and football viewing
• Creative Corners – featuring wellness vendors, a mindful market, and interactive demos
• Free Active Sessions – Yoga, Meditation & Group Sessions Outdoors

Giving Back: 10% of all proceeds will be donated to Have a Heart, supporting community wellness and care.
