This cozy, outdoor half-day retreat is designed to gently guide you through the seasonal transition. With space to slow down and turn inward, we’ll explore movement, breathwork, reflection, and grounding rituals — all rooted in nature and self-compassion.
Led by Heather Cairns-Hodgson — author, artist, yoga teacher, and longtime wellness guide — this experience draws on over 30 years of training in the healing arts. Heather infuses her offerings with compassion, creativity, and heartfelt encouragement to step more fully into self-love.
Bring your yoga mat and anything else to help you feel cozy and comfortable outside.
