Whether you are looking to learn yoga, or simply spend some time doing something for yourself, this is an opportunity to pause, recharge, and learn yoga in a welcoming space.

Meet Your Facilitators

• Sunanda Gadagottu: Sunanda is an advanced yoga and meditation teacher with the Art of Living Foundation. For over two decades, she has shared wellness and self-development programs with people from all walks of life. Inspired by her vision of a stress-free, violence-free world, Sunanda helps individuals and communities discover the benefits of yoga and meditation and bring a yogic approach to everyday life.
• Rishabh Singla (Live Music): Rishabh believes in music as a gentle bridge that brings people closer to themselves and to the community around them. A dedicated meditator, student and volunteer at heart and tech professional, his heart lies in creating moments through music and connection to bring joy, peace, and warmth to everyday life.
