Through slow, mindful asana (yoga poses), you'll nurture your body with gentle movements that promote relaxation, flexibility, and connection to the earth. Pranayama will guide your breath to deepen this connection, creating a sense of calm and centeredness. The guided meditation will take you inward, allowing you to release tension and make space for growth, while the healing sounds will envelop you, supporting a deep state of relaxation and inner peace.
Whether you are new to yoga or seeking a gentle way to unwind, "Rooting into Expansion" offers a nourishing space to find balance, release stress, and embrace your fullest potential.

Dress comfortably! Yoga mats and cushions are provided. You are welcome to bring anything that you need for comfort on your mat (additional cushioning or mat, yoga block, blanket, eye cover...etc)

About Sarah Flower
"My love of all things yoga started when I traveled to India to deepen my personal practice. There, I found yoga was so much more than just asana, the poses. It's a way of living life and how intentionally you show up in our world. I fell most in love with pranayama, the breath, from the deep experiences I had with it and myself. I realized my calling was to be a yoga teacher, even though I had no intention when I first got there. I want to share yoga with the world so everyone can take back their own personal power by connecting to themselves and change their lives for the better."
