Rooting for Your Rise offers a taste of what it’s like to be in sacred space with us — while giving you practical tools to carry the magic home with you.
Through a blend of sound healing, positive psychology, and connection circles, you’ll be guided to:

To Prepare:
✨Dress comfortably as we will be sitting on the floor
✨Hydrate throughout the day to support your energetic process
✨Bring a journal & water bottle
✨Space is limited—advance registration is highly recommended.
IMPORTANT ARRIVAL INSTRUCTIONS Please arrive between 5:45 pm and no later than 5:55pm as the main door locks and there will be NO one to let you in, so please allow travel time for weather and there is much road construction underway throughout the city of Syracuse. We are so sorry but we will be unable to accommodate late arrivals.
