Rooted Women - A circle to explore, connect, and play

Rooted Women is a facilitated women’s circle series, co-created by a small group of facilitators, offering a grounded and welcoming space to explore, connect, and play. Each gathering is guided around a different theme, bringing a variety of experiences while holding the same shared values.

We gather to slow down, land in the present moment, and meet ourselves and each other without pressure, fixing, or performance. Each circle is gently guided and thoughtfully held, combining simple reflective practices, creative exploration, embodied awareness, and shared presence.

Playfulness is an essential part of our gatherings, as a way to soften, experiment, and rediscover ease. Through light, creative, and relational activities, we make space for curiosity, humour, and new ways of relating to ourselves and others.

Rooted Women is for women who value depth without heaviness, structure without rigidity, and warmth without expectations. You are welcome exactly as you are, whether you feel open and talkative, reflective and inward, or somewhere in between.

This circle is especially welcoming to international and local women living in South Holland who are curious about connection, presence, and community.

Confidence within

A playful, experiential workshop to reconnect with the strengths you already have, using spontaneity, creativity, imagination, and role play.

Confidence doesn’t always look the way we expect. Sometimes it gets covered by doubt, overthinking, or simply not being used.

In this session, we’ll create a space to reconnect with what is already there.

Through creative techniques and role-based moments, you’ll explore your own strengths in a way that feels surprising and real.

A chance to experiment, to laugh, and to see yourself from a different angle.

Who are you after relocation?

As we know, when we move to a new country, it can change our sense of identity, belonging, and how we see ourselves.

Living between cultures, languages, and environments can reshape who we are.

We invite international women in the Netherlands join us on 13th May to reflect on identity, belonging, and how different parts of themselves come forward or fade with time.

We’ll create a space to share, listen, and reflect together. We will also invite you into a creative exercise to capture your story in this moment of your life.
