About this Event
Rooted Together: Connecting with Native Plants through Tea and Tarot is an evening celebrating our relationship with native plants! Join us to connect, create, and support Metro Blooms' work across Minnesota.
Together we’ll create herbal teas with local herbalist Rowan Emmanuel, enjoy soothing live sound bowls by Tamiko French, connect with one another, and explore storytelling activities inspired by the practice of tarot. You will learn about Metro Blooms' statewide impact from our staff, and how you can engage in this vital work.
Tickets also include food (vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free and meat options) and a drink ticket! Our lovely host venue is creating a special cocktail featuring a native pollinator plant! Non-alcoholic options and tea will be available as well.
You’ll leave feeling grounded and inspired to continue building deep relationships with the plants and people in your community.
Help us raise $10,000 to build increased climate resilience in our state and advance environmental justice for impacted communities! Tickets will support our work with communities across Minnesota to plant for pollinators, increase tree diversity and implement clean water projects. During the event, you will also have the opportunity to make gifts to Metro Blooms and purchase raffle tickets for prizes from amazing local businesses.
