Join us as we begin an immersive experience designed to make ancient wisdom accessible, practical, and relevant to everyday life.Each gathering begins with an hour of education and practice — exploring Ayurvedic tools, medicine, seasonal routines, and daily rituals that help us live in harmony with nature and our own rhythms.
You’ll learn ways to support digestion and elimination, balance energy, improve sleep, and connect to the cycles of the seasons.
The final 30 minutes are an open Q&A, creating space for reflection, discussion, and personal integration.
Each month’s focus will align with the current season and natural transitions, offering guidance that is timely, useful, and rooted in the cycles of sowing, growing, harvesting, and resting.
This is an offering for anyone curious about Ayurveda — whether new to the practice or looking to deepen their connection to its living wisdom.
