Rooted + Rising Therapeutic Circle for Teen & Tween Girls

Guided discussion and processing, mindfulness, journaling, and creative projects. Girls leave more grounded, confident, and connected.
About this Event

Adolescence is loud, fast, and pressure-filled. This group offers something different- a steady relational space where teen & tween girls can slow down, feel seen, and grow.

Over 8 sessions, we will:

• Strengthen identity beyond performance and social media
• Build healthy friendship and communication skills
• Develop tools for managing anxiety, shame, and overwhelm
• Practice boundaries, consent, and self-advocacy
• Explore body image, digital habits, and perfectionism
• Deepen connection to intuition and inner authority
• Experience belonging — not just “fitting in”

Facilitated by our resident teen whisperer and therapist, Abigail Hunter, LCSW.

Details:

Early bird rate available through 9/20: $65/session

Regular rate: $75/session

8 (1 hr) Group Sessions from 9/27- 12/6

Please note: depending on enrollment, we may split into two groups based on age. If so, the second group will be 4:30pm. You will be notified.
