Over six biweekly sessions, you’ll:
-Unwind and de-stress through guided art and wellness practices
-Tap into your creativity, no art experience required
-Connect with other moms navigating similar journeys
-Rediscover your sense of self beyond the daily hustle
Each session offers a balance of mindful exercises and hands-on art, giving you the chance to slow down, express yourself, and leave feeling refreshed and inspired.
Bi-weekly Tuesdays from 10-11:30am
Dates: 10/28, 11/11, 11/25, 12/9, (a 3-week gap due to Christmas) 12/30, 1/13
Series: $180 ($30/session)
