Deana Dennard is a Certified Ayurvedic Practitioner, Clinical Herbalist, Aromatherapist, and Lymphatic/Somatic Bodyworker with over 25 + years of experience in integrative natural medicine. Her practice specializes in Ayurvedic constitutional assessment through pulse diagnosis, bridging traditional Ayurvedic diagnostics with Western functional medicine to address complex multi-system imbalances.

Deana's approach combines therapeutic nutrition, clinical herbalism, and hands-on bodywork modalities, including Ayurvedic Lymphatic Drainage, Pancha Karma therapeutics, and somatic manual therapies. She works with clients experiencing hormonal dysfunction, digestive imbalances, nervous system depletion, metabolic dysregulation, and chronic conditions requiring comprehensive, multi-phase treatment protocols.

Her practice philosophy follows a "food first, herbs second, supplements third" framework, emphasizing sustainable interventions that clients can integrate into daily life. Deana is passionate about pre-disease intervention—working in the critical space where imbalance is emerging but has not yet become diagnosis.
