Join us for the first-ever wellness festival in the Hawea/Wānaka area, hosted at the beautiful Lake Hāwea Station, a regenerative farm dedicated to caring for its land and animals.
This one-day event is a celebration of movement, connection, and knowledge. At Rooted in Wellness Fest, we honour the idea of everything being interconnected—our energies, food, well-being, planet, and more. By recognising these connections, we can make better choices for ourselves and our world.
Throughout the day, you’ll enjoy a wide range of activities, including:
