You are invited into a soft, grounded sanctuary for women who crave depth, clarity, and a place to just be without performance or overwhelm.

This monthly circle offers a gentle but potent space to reconnect with the intelligence of your own field. To breathe, to land, and to return to your inner center in the presence of other women walking the same path.

This gathering isn’t about intensity, emotional outpouring, or trying to fix anything.

It’s about remembering who you are when you finally have room to exhale.

Together we will:

• Begin with soft check-ins that honour your nervous system

• Explore energetic hygiene for the week or month ahead

• Touch on a lightly guided theme (intuition, boundaries, cycles, embodiment, energetics this will vary month to month)

• Practice simple techniques to come back into your body and your center

• Share space for meaningful but unforced connection

• Close with grounding to leave you clear, steady, and rooted

This circle is for you if:

• You’re sensitive, intuitive, or energetically aware

• You crave community that feels nourishing

• You’re learning to honour your boundaries and energetic capacity

• You desire connection without pressure, overwhelm, or obligation

• You want a place to deepen your inner world in a calm, sovereign way

What to Bring:

A journal, water, and anything that supports your comfort (mat, blanket, cozy layers).

This is a gentle-access offering meant to stay open and inclusive. Spaces are intentionally limited to keep the circle grounded and intimate.
