Rooted in Reflection: Connecting with Self

This new summer series invites participants to trade screen time for green time within our 27-acre sub-tropical sanctuary. By intentionally removing mobile distractions, each workshop utilizes the Gardens' world-class fine art and peaceful waterways as a structural mirror for mindfulness, mental clarity, and deeper self-discovery. Through curated, introspective activities, attendees will cultivate a grounded presence, slow down to appreciate nature's architecture, and foster meaningful community connections completely unplugged.
