Join us during Join Week 2026 for a cultural connection experience at the Baltimore Museum of Art.

We’ll gather for a self-guided visit to explore powerful works that reflect Black history, culture, and artistic excellence. The Amy Sherald exhibition featuring the portrait of First Lady Michelle Obama is free and first come, first served, so attendees may have the opportunity to view it, but entry is not guaranteed.

Even beyond the featured exhibition, the BMA offers a rich collection of Black artists and history throughout the museum.
