Join us for a weekly gathering at Makana Bar, a cozy and intimate kava bar designed for deep connection and mindfulness. Every Tuesday from 7:30 PM to 8:30 PM, we invite you to take a pause, ground yourself, and experience the power of kava, breathwork, and meditation.

Seated on cushions in a welcoming space for 10-15 people, we will begin with a traditional kava ceremony. Afterward, our host will guide a breathwork session and meditation, helping you cultivate inner stillness and presence.

This is a time to reset, reconnect, and immerse yourself in a sacred practice that nourishes both body and mind. Join us for this unique journey every week!
