Rooted in Motion: A Somatic Dance Journey

Rooted in Motion is a guided somatic dance experience designed to get you out of your head and into your body. Through a dope soundscape, movement, and guidance by your facilitator..you will feel awakened, softened, and relaxed. Perfect for after the holidays!

No dance experience needed. Just come as you are, ready to move, feel, and have fun.

• Bring water bottle and wear something comfy to move in.
• We’ll close with a short grounding + reflection circle.
• DOORS CLOSE at 1:50pm so please give yourself time to find parking and check in.

No shoes on the dancefloor

No talking or phones on the dancefloor while we move
