Welcome! Kristen will lead this My Body My Power Mother's Day Retreat which includes art, meditation, breathing exercises, positive affirmations, theme- based talking circles, sel, sound healing, yoga, journaling, dance, new friendships, relaxation and lots of fun, plus organic snacks.

Join us for Rooted in Love, a special retreat designed for mothers, daughters, aunties, and caregivers to connect, recharge, and celebrate the deep bonds that nourish us.

Kristen Rubis is a heart-led entrepreneur, mentor, and founder of the My Body My Power Empowerment Movement, dedicated to uplifting girls, women, and nonbinary youth.

With nearly three decades in the healing arts, Kristen has seamlessly blended her expertise in sound healing, yoga, and social-emotional education into life-changing programs that foster self-confidence, self-awareness, and resilience.

Through initiatives like My Body My Power, Kristen has empowered thousands of teens and tweens since 2007, creating safe spaces for self-discovery and community connection. She also offers transformative sound healing workshops, women’s retreats, a podcast, and online courses, all designed to inspire authenticself-expression.

Driven by a vision to create a global impact, Kristen continues to expand her programs, develop teacher training curricula, and encourage others to claim their worth and shine their light. Her mission is to spark a legacy of empowerment for generations to come.
