Join us for ROOTED in Joy, a membership-based weekly, in-person group coaching circle in the Anderson/Clemson/Greenville areas for people who want to experience and integrate more connection, energy, and joy in their personal and professional lives. These sessions are about coming together in a welcoming, inspirational space. You don’t need to prepare anything or show up a certain way. Just bring yourself. And yes, there’s food! 😋

About Group Coaching

During our time together, I will facilitate guided reflections, meaningful conversation, and simple joy practices designed to spark connection, insight, and aliveness. Some moments may feel grounding and thoughtful. Others may feel playful, energizing, and full of laughter. All are rooted in real connection.

ROOTED in Joy is not therapy and not a lecture. I am an Anderson University professor, a social scientist who studies the practice and science of joy, and a certified life coach. This is a facilitated community space limited to a group of 10 where people show up as they are, build trust over time, and leave feeling more connected, energized, and seen. Membership Note:
ROOTED in Joy is a monthly membership-based community that meets weekly on Thursday evenings. Membership is $250 per month, which includes the full experience of weekly gatherings, materials, and guided practices. For those who want to test the waters first, there is an option to select one session for $75 to experience the rhythm and feel of the group before committing to ongoing participation.
