Are you a caregiver of a child or teen with special needs? You’re not alone — and you’re welcome here.Join us every 2nd Wednesday at 10AM for Rooted In Care, a free monthly support group hosted by WAC Counseling. This group is designed to give caregivers a safe, supportive space to share their stories, connect with others, and access mental health education and helpful resources.
Each gathering includes:
✔️ A brief topic on caregiver wellness or mental health
✔️ Open, supportive group conversation
✔️ Connections with other caregivers who understand your journey
📍 Location: Children’s Rehabilitation Services, State Street, Muscle Shoals
🕙 Time: 10:00 AM – 11:00 AM
📆 When: Every 2nd Wednesday of the month
