Rooted Ecosystems Bilingual Community Workshop on Restorative Practices

Part of NewRoot's Rooted Ecosystems program in Englewood, this bilingual (Eng/Sp) session provides parents, guardians, & community members with an introduction to Restorative Justice through discussions, examples, and interactive activities. Participants will have the opportunity to ask questions of our experienced facilitators and connect with other parents and members of their school community. Topics will include harm & repair, restorative vs punitive approaches to discipline, and restorative language. Snacks and light refreshments will be provided!
