Our counselors will walk you through deep healing, our personal trainer will teach you to move your body in ways that feel light and joyful. You will eat delicious healthy meals and a few special treats for your soul.
This is a safe space to reexamine your faith, ponder hard questions, rediscover play, choose rest, learn to be more mindful and present in your life, and reengage with God. Like-minded women will come alongside you on your journey as you realize you are not alone.
