Rooted & Rising: Understanding Your Changing Body (Ages 9–16)Growing up comes with a lot of changes—and we’re here to make those changes feel a little less confusing and a lot more empowering. This welcoming, judgment-free class is designed for girls ages 9–16 and their parent or support person to learn, connect, and start conversations that matter.
Together, we’ll gently explore the basics of female anatomy, what’s happening during the menstrual cycle, and how hormone changes can affect energy, mood, cravings, and the body. We’ll also cover practical, real-life topics like period products, hygiene, and simple toileting tips—so your child feels prepared, confident, and supported when the time comes.
Our goal is to create a safe, open space where questions are encouraged, curiosity is welcomed, and families leave feeling more comfortable talking about these important topics at home. No awkwardness—just honest, age-appropriate education and support.
✨ Whether your child has already started their period or is just beginning to notice changes, this class will help them feel more confident and less alone in the process.
