About this Event

Trust & Living in the Present

A 2-hour experience where we explore running, walking, movement, and cultural tools designed to be accessible, welcoming, and deeply nourishing. No experience required, no pretentious vibes, just real tools, real people, and real community.

This month, and as always, we are bringing gifted healers, artists, creatives, and community-rooted practitioners doing some of the most important work happening right now in NYC.

We will explore together what trust and living in the present truly look like, practical ways to be in the here and now, and to find joy and curiosity through tools that support you regardless of where you are in life.

We are excited to be partnering with an incredible NYC run club this month, with facilitators experts in movement and recuperation, and collaborators; details coming soon.
