· The Window of Tolerance & Nervous System Wheel: Learn how to pinpoint where you’re really operating from—fight, freeze, fawn, or flow—and move beyond reactive patterns.
· Polyvagal Theory in Motion: Learn the science as to why breath is a key tool is presence and simple anatomy-based micro‑tools to instantly shift your nervous system shift states.
· Conscious Awareness Practices: Real‑time mapping of your current nervous system state and experiential tools to move you toward integration, balance, and resilience.

About Gabs
Gabs is the founder of Soul to Sole Wellness and a passionate educator in the art of nervous system regulation. Through speaking engagements, private coaching, and group programs, she helps women and small business teams build resilience and confidence using mindfulness, movement, and somatic tools.
With a background in Athletic Training (BS), Biomechanics (MEd), and certifications including her 200hr E-RYT and Corrective Exercise Specialist (NASM), Gabs bridges science and soul in her approach. She is also a certified life coach and continuing education provider through NASM, AFAA, Yoga Alliance, and NCBTMB.
Her work is rooted in embodiment, guiding clients to reconnect with their bodies, release stored trauma, and overcome patterns like imposter syndrome and people-pleasing. Gabs is here to help you regulate, rewire, and rise—so you can lead with confidence and clarity.
